Terry Denny Managing Director
Role : Terry is an Occupational Psychologist and Managing Director of Whitewater Consulting Ltd. She has a particular role in developing new products and services, Assessment & Development Centres and Executive Coaching with Board members as well as a special interest in Lean Service & System Thinking. Terry is also a member of the Institute of Management Consultancy.
Work Life Balance : Four teenage children provide Terry with an interesting home life, especially as it involves attending Rugby, Basketball and Surfing competitions. She also has a reputation for being a groupie with the Ulster Orchestra. |

John Mackel Senior Consultant
Role : John Mackel is a Director in Whitewater Consulting Ltd and has over 19 years experience in leadership development and HR consulting. Key Areas of Expertise include Strategic Planning; Change Programmes, Culture Change and Process Alignment; Leadership Development and Accreditation including Succession Planning; Team Building and Team Development including Self-Managed Teams; Assessment and Development Centres; Executive Coaching and Mentoring. John is also a member of the Institute of Management Consultancy.
Work Life Balance : Outside of work, John is a keen traditional fiddle player and is known to compose the odd (some would say very odd) tune. At the same time, along with his wife, he is raising three young sons. |

Sharon Douglas Senior Consultant
Role : Sharon Douglas is an Occupational Psychologist and a Director within Whitewater Consulting. Sharon has a particular specialism in HR Consultancy & Assessment Methodologies, Lean Service & System Thinking Consulting and People Development Programmes. The work that she is involved in is designed to address behavioural and organisational change within the organisation.
Work Life Balance : Sharon has a love of the outdoors and enjoys gardening, but only in fair weather. When she isn't working she loves purchasing ridiculous amounts of footwear and spoiling her three children! |

Stuart Preston Senior Consultant
Role : Stuart has 20 years experience of front line commercial management. Stuart's key areas of consultancy include Management Development programme (accredited by the Institute of Management), Sales Development Programmes (accredited by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management) and Executive Coaching and Mentoring Initiatives. Stuart also plays a key role in the design and delivery of bespoke training programmes.
Work Life Balance : Stuart has a tendency to run half marathons and help coach mini rugby with his two children. |

Eimear Hillen Consultant
Role : Eimear is an Occupational Psychologist and is working towards her Chartership Status. Her key areas of specialism include working with clients to develop and design bespoke Assessment Methodologies for Recruitment and Selection and Development Initiatives. Eimear has a key role to play in the design and delivery of bespoke tranining programmes. Eimear is qualified to the necessary British Psychological Society Standards for psychometric testing
Work Life Balance : When Eimear isn't working she enjoys shopping, socialising and keeping fit! |

Bridie Burns Office Manager
Role : Bridie is an integral part of the Whitewater team as Office Manager, where she provides support for all of the consultants while managing the day to day running of the busy Belfast office.
Work Life Balance : Outside of work Bridie enjoys socializing, travel, going to the cinema or watching DVD films and walking but is also kept fit running after two beautiful daughters. |

Laura Addison Consultant
Role : Laura is a consultant in Whitewater and has experience of working with both the public and private sector in Northern Ireland and the UK. Her areas of specialism are selection and assessment methodologies and development programmes. Laura is currently working towards Chartered status as an Occupational Psychology.
Work Life Balance : Outside of work Laura loves adding to her handbag collection and is a bit of a book worm. She is also busy settling into life in Northern Ireland and buying a house. |
