All of our work is focused on delivering results to our clients. At a strategic level we will work with clients to define key result measures in four critical areas -

By understanding strategic result areas we will agree success measures for any programme in relation to how they deliver on these results using our Return On Investment model.

Our Evaluation Process will enable a client to track results being achieved from satisfaction with the intervention, through learning achieved, actions implemented, impact on results, and finally return on investment. We use the Jack Phillips methodology for Return on Investment to ensure that our approach utilises a world recognised model for tracking ROI on development initiatives.
