Background
Whitewater Consulting deliver team development and team building exercises with several different companies and teams. We always aim to bring a solution that focuses on long-term change for the team and the organisation. Inputs - Programme Design
We design our team building and team development exercises closely with our clients as no two teams are the same. Our approach is to design a solution that reflects the requirements of specific teams and the organisational context. Our solutions include -
- Diagnostic tools such as team culture inventory, psychometrics and questionnaires which give an insight into the personalities and dynamics of the team.
- Practical exercises focusing on identified potential issues within the team that may be obstacles to achieving the strategy and goal of the team.
- Our team development exercises aim to build the skills required for effective team working and increased performance back in the workplace.
We partner with a highly experienced team of outdoor providers called ARC. They work alongside us and the team to design a series of activities that provide fun and learning for everyone.
Outputs and Results
Everyone who participates in our team building and team development exercises gets a lot out of them. We place a strong emphasis on improving communication and understanding among teams.
